Chris Gootherts has had a life full of extraordinary experiences.
Originally from the San Francisco bay area Chris has been a Musician,
Talent Agent, Technical Recruiter, CEO, Minister, and International
Staffing Manager for Microsoft.

・ From 1980 to 1993 Chris was President of a recruiting agency
for the music industry, while at the same time performing as a
professional jazz pianist. Chris' agency booked some of the world's
top jazz talent, including: Dave Brubeck, Sarah Vaughan, as well as
playing piano for Stan Getz, and others, while releasing his own Jazz
Piano albums and touring!

・ In 1993 Chris left the music industry, capitalized on his
4.0 Information Technology education and went into Technical
Recruiting. He quickly achieved recognition as being among the top 5%
of recruiters in the United States. In 1998 Chris opened Triunity
Corporation, a multimillion dollar Technical/Marketing and Sales
Recruiting Agency which employed 40 people in 5 states.

・ 2003 to 2005 Chris takes a sabbatical from corporate life,
and becomes a minister of music in Little Rock, Arkansas.

・ In 2005 Chris joined Microsoft, as a Staffing Consultant
supporting Microsoft Business Solutions and FRx Software (Subsidiary
in Denver, Colorado.)

・ 2007, Chris named International Staffing Manager for China.
Chris regularly travels to China to help develop long term MS China
Research and Development Talent strategy as well as hiring recruiters
in Australia, Canada, US, and Russia to support Microsoft Research and
Development China.
