Zhaoyu (Jeffrey) Gui

Zhaoyu (Jeffrey) Gui has extensive experience in the Chinese and Asian markets. He Served as Vice President of China International Capital Corp Ltd. (CICC), the leading investment bank in China, which focuses on financing and restructuring of Chinese state-owned enterprises. He led the transactions involving several IPO’s, private placement, bond issues, including Air China, Ministry of Railway, China State Post Bureau, COSCO and Shanghai Pudong government. He has also worked at the Bank of China International Holding Ltd. He also has operational experience with China Southern Airlines Co., managed 134 sales agencies in Northern China and was the founding director of China Air Sales Agency Qingdao Corp. where he established the joint venture and managed the overall operation of the company. Currently, Jeffrey Gui is studying at MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Boston.
