Xinli Cui is Vice President at BTU Ventures, a private equity company with focus on the midstream and downstream segments of the energy value chain in emerging markets. Previously, Mr. Cui had been a Sr. Business Development Manager at ABB, where he conducted marketing negotiation, project development and project management for several petrochemical and coal liquefaction projects in China. Earlier, Mr. Cui was a Project Manager and Business Development Manager for Asia at Raytheon, and a Project Manager at Sinopec in Beijing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and an MBA in Finance from Boston University.
