Mr. Jian Huang is the Vice-Mayor of Kunshan Municipal Government,
China. He used to work on the positions such as: Vice-Director of the
Administrative Committee of Kunshan Economic and Technological
Development Zone, Vice-Director of Kunshan Economy and Trade
Committee, and Mayor of Zhengyi Township Municipal Government of
Kunshan. Mr. Huang got his Master degree from Jiangsu Administrative
College (China).
