Following are the Policies of Women’s Desk:
- An “executive committee” is a working team to support women’s advancement within the corporate ecosystem.
- A “non-executive committee” is an advisory team to support women’s advancement within the corporate ecosystem.
- An “advisor” is a seasoned woman professional with the highest degree of acumen to support women’s advancement within the corporate ecosystem.
- A “senior member” is a woman professional with the decision-making authority to support women’s advancement within the corporate ecosystem.
- A “member” is a woman professional with the contributing capability to support women’s advancement within the corporate ecosystem.
- Women’s desk will invite application to join the executive committee and non-executive committee as an advisor, senior member, and member to increase the velocity of knowledge economy for women in corporate settings.
- Women’s desk will make a non-disclosure agreement with all stakeholders on intellectual property.
- Talent Forum will engage its member, senior member, and advisor digitally outside of their present employer’s regular business hours and on the weekends for a maximum of two- four hours per month.
- Women’s desk will not ask for any monthly subscription from its member, senior member, and advisor. It may charge actual logistics cost based on the context of a particular event.
- Talent Forum reserves the right, at its discretion and in the best interests of the organization, to amend any of the terms and circumstances of this policy.
