Ms. Fairoze Samiha is a talent analyst for the Global Professional Search portfolio at Talent Forum.
She was a Young Professional (YP) in the Bangladeshi government’s Aspire to Innovate (a2i) program. Here, she managed the national mass community’s digital involvement program. She is one of the primary marketers of the largest e-commerce initiative of the Bangladeshi government, called “ekshop.”
Fairoze is highly engaged in groundbreaking global surveys and research, and she cultivates a professional talent sourcing network around the belief that full utilization of the critical talent pool is at the heart of business success.
Fairoze has successfully completed a number of global surveys, research projects, and talent sourcing projects for MNCs.
Following her BRAC University BBA program and University of Dhaka MBA program, she received good talent sourcing exposure from a HR consulting organization and continued to serve in talent sourcing capacities at one of the well-known companies based in Germany.
She manages her work globally from Berlin, Germany; in Europe.

Following her East West University, Dhaka MBA program in HRM, she started her career with Talent Forum as a management trainee.

Fares holds a portfolio of local & global surveys and talent sourcing.
Following his North South University, Dhaka, BBA program in marketing; he started his career with Talent Forum as a management trainee.
